We Fix Computers
- The computer repair is a flat fee of $100, no surprises.
- Note that there is a pickup, delivery or technician dispatch fee of $25
- If we cant fix it, it is Free. No cost to diagnose.
- Computer checkups are Free in our office.
- Estimates are Free and No cost to diagnose.
- If we pick up, deliver or dispatched a technician to your site, it is always $25.
- We don’t stock up on spare parts, so when we order from our suppliers, we will get you the current pricing.
- You can use the part that we ordered or the one that you purchase yourself.
- We are usually working 7 days per week. But for sure Monday through Saturday.
- Our working hours are from 9am to 9pm.
- If you have an emergency, call us. We will work something out.
You have choices...
- You can make an appointment and we can diagnose your computer while you watch at our location.
- You can also drop it off, and we will call you or perform a zoom session with you when completed with your repair.
- We can also pick it up for you. ($25 Pick up and Delivery fee) and deliver to your house when completed.
- We can troubleshoot, diagnose and fix your computer at your location. ($25 for dispatching and $100 for the Repair.)
- You can also mail it to us, if you are not in the Anchorage area.

- We are all Computer certified: CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+ Certified. We could also teach you and get you certified!
- We have Dell, Microsoft and CISCO certified technicians.
At Wincertification, we want you to be safe. Our Technical Labs are disinfected throughout the day and we keep your computer in a clean environment.
Our field engineers take the highest precautions when dealing with customers. All of our technicians are screened daily to ensure the safety of our staff and customers before heading out to the field.
